Should I buy the SG500 or SG1000?

Choose the SG500 when your designs fit within 8.5 x 14 inches and compact size or lower entry cost matters. Choose the SG1000 for 11 x 17 output, optional 13 x 19 printing or 70 ml extended cartridges.

What is the difference between the two SG500 bundles?

The starter bundle includes 20 ml install cartridges. The complete package includes a full-size 31 ml CMYK set and 110 sheets of sublimation paper.

Can these printers print directly on shirts and mugs?

No. They print a mirrored design on transfer paper. A heat press transfers it onto polyester fabric or a polymer-coated blank.

Can SubliJet UHD decorate cotton?

Traditional sublimation does not bond directly to untreated cotton. Use polyester, a coated blank or a compatible alternative system such as VersiFlex.
