Siser EasySubli Ink for Sawgrass SG500 and SG1000

Siser EasySubli ink is designed for Sawgrass SG500 and SG1000 printers used with printable EasySubli heat transfer vinyl. The workflow expands sublimation-style printing to cotton, dark garments, colored polyester and blends, while also supporting sublimation transfer paper.

Compatibility first: These cartridges fit SG500 and SG1000 printers configured for EasySubli ink. Do not order them for an SG400, SG800 or a printer using another ink system.

What You Need for EasySubli Garment Printing

1. Dedicated Sawgrass printer

Use an SG500 or SG1000 configured with genuine EasySubli ink and supported Sawgrass software.

2. EasySubli printable HTV

Print on the correct coated side, then follow the recommended cut and weed process.

3. Cutting and masking tools

Use a compatible cutter when contour cutting is needed. EasySubli Mask keeps pieces aligned.

4. Heat press and current settings

Follow current Siser instructions for temperature, time, pressure, peeling and garment care.

Do not casually switch ink types. Keep each printer dedicated to one ink chemistry unless Sawgrass directs otherwise. Mixing ink systems can cause color inconsistency, clogged lines or printer damage.

They fit SG500 and SG1000 printers configured for EasySubli ink. They do not fit SG400 or SG800 printers.

Can EasySubli ink print on sublimation paper?

Yes. It can be used with compatible sublimation paper for light polyester and polymer-coated blanks.

Do I need EasySubli ink for EasySubli HTV?

EasySubli HTV can also work with SubliJet ink, but it performs best with EasySubli ink. Keep each printer dedicated to one system.

Can EasySubli decorate cotton and dark shirts?

Yes. EasySubli HTV carries the printed image, allowing application to cotton, dark garments, colored polyester and blends.
