The Sawgrass VersiFlex SG1000 Printer Bundle is a larger-format desktop decorating system for full-color printing on compatible cotton and natural fabrics while retaining traditional sublimation capability for polyester and poly-coated sublimation blanks. The bundle includes the SG1000 printer, a 31ml VersiFlex CMY + Expander ink set, and 50 sheets of 8.5 × 11-inch VersiFlex Light transfer media.

The Sawgrass SG1000 VersiFlex bundle is designed for growing apparel and personalization businesses that want a compact cotton-decoration workflow with more print area than the SG500. The SG1000 supports media up to 11 × 17 inches from the standard tray and up to 13 × 19 inches with the optional bypass tray.

VersiFlex combines a dedicated Sawgrass printer, genuine Cyan, Magenta, Yellow + Expander inks, application-specific transfer media, Sawgrass Print Utility, and MySawgrass. Use VersiFlex Light for compatible cotton and natural fabrics. For traditional sublimation, keep the dedicated VersiFlex ink installed and use the appropriate sublimation paper and Sawgrass settings for compatible polyester and poly-coated sublimation products.

Important Compatibility Notice

Keep the SG1000 dedicated to the ink system used at initial setup. Sawgrass recommends using a dedicated printer rather than converting an existing printer that was initialized with another specialty ink formulation.

Fabric Color Matters

VersiFlex uses Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Expander rather than a white ink channel. White, light, and bright fabrics provide the most predictable results for the standard VersiFlex Light workflow because the underlying fabric color influences the final appearance.
