VersiFlex pairs specialty inks (CMY plus a clear Expander) with self-weeding transfer paper, so the SG1000 can press onto natural fabrics that traditional sublimation cannot reach. Use VersiFlex Light paper for cotton, blends, and uncoated surfaces, or sublimation paper for polyester and coated blanks, with no adhesive powder, curing oven, or powder shaker. Because the system does not print white ink, results are strongest on white and light-colored materials. The SG1000 adds the print size and throughput to scale this workflow into production.
