The Sawgrass VersiFlex SG500 Printer Bundle is a complete, business-ready system for creators who want to decorate cotton and hard goods from a single desktop printer. Built around the Sawgrass Virtuoso SG500 and the VersiFlex ink and transfer system, it lets you print full-color designs on cotton, wood, ceramics, and traditional sublimation blanks without DTF powder, a curing oven, or a separate machine. One Printer for Cotton and Hard Goods

VersiFlex is Sawgrass's decorating system that pairs specialty inks (CMY plus a clear Expander) with self-weeding transfer paper, so you can press onto natural fabrics that traditional sublimation cannot reach. Use VersiFlex Light paper for cotton, blends, and uncoated surfaces, or sublimation paper for polyester and coated blanks. No adhesive powder, no curing station, no powder shaker. Because the system does not print white ink, results are strongest on white and light-colored materials.

Do not load VersiFlex inks and media into a Sawgrass printer that previously ran SubliJet UHD or Siser EasySubli inks. Switching ink systems can contaminate the lines, reduce print quality, damage the print head, and void the Sawgrass warranty. Choose your ink system before you buy and keep the printer dedicated to it.
